Converting a very static house with an outdated design to a contemporary house with a nod to the old style
This very stately house, desperitaly needed a face-lift to suit the young family who fell in love with the waterfront location and the volume of this spacious house.
However the interior was still in good condition, the style was outdated and the house could have a better layout with less circulation.
