Project Office – Kortrijk

A ground-floor office space set within a 1960s apartment building, reimagined for a construction company. The interior was entirely stripped back and meticulously rebuilt, allowing for a clear and efficient spatial organisation. A restrained palette of smoked oak sanded concrete and bronze accents defines the atmosphere, balancing warmth with a tactile, almost monolithic presence. The layout accommodates a sequence of workstations, private offices and a generous meeting room, conceived as the central hub for collaboration. Moments of detail are treated with precision: a green enamel lava stone washbasin set against warm timber, brushed brass fixtures catching natural light, and bespoke joinery that integrates seamlessly into the architecture.
